hey i have just been to the dentist and have had to have 3 fillings so was given 3 injections. the numbness feels really strange and still hasnt gone after 90mins, will it go, has there ever been cases where the numbness never goes? please answer soon

Yup, the numbness definitely ends. It just goes slowly sometimes. I kind of like that since I won't have to take a pain killer until then. You'll feel more and more sensation as the hours pass.

As flosser47 said, the numbness can last for a good few hours. It also depends on which local anesthetic was used - some wear off after an hour, others have an effect which can last 9 hours. So - don't panic just yet !
