Thanks for the article. It was an interesting read. It is reassuring that even people who are specially trained to deal with fears and anxiety have some of their own. I have to admit: I have been tempted to drink before a visit. ;D Never have though. I think I would die of embarassment if my dentist ever mentioned alcohol on my breath. -James

hahahah... haven't done it myself, but a G&T (followed by some -sugar-free - breath freshener lozenges) might not go amiss ;D Actually, there's a few dental practices in the UK that offer alcoholic "welcome drinks"! You'll have to move over ;D! I found the article really interesting, lots of good points that rang a bell with me, might put them into the "tips&tricks" section?
